Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader to coordinate and oversee the operations of one or more branches in the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.

You will lead branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment, while guiding branch PnL performance and optimizing revenue across local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education, kids-focused businesses, or startups is an advantage.
• Good people management with proven team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or more branches in the regional area.
• Lead branch-level initiatives including events, promotions and marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue.
