Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate multiple branches across the region, ensuring smooth educational processes and high service quality. You will drive student engagement through events, promotions, and targeted marketing, while optimizing revenue and branch performance.

The role requires proven leadership in sales, marketing, or operations, plus strong people management and bilingual communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, or startups is an advantage.
• Strong people management with experience leading a team.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee operations of branches in the regional area.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, events, promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue and business performance.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
