PT ECOLIT KONTRAKTOR BALI is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our bar team. You will prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and mise en place, follow safety standards, and assist guests with recommendations and orders. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Formación

• Experience as Bartender or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work fast-paced environment and shifts, weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our bar team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to recipes and service standards

Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion control

Maintain good knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, recipes, and promotions

Prepare bar ingredients, garnishes, and mise en place before and during service

Monitor beverage stock levels and inform the Bar Supervisor of replenishment needs

Handle beverage storage, stock rotation, and proper product handling

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and service stations

Follow hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards

Process guest orders and payments accurately when required

About you

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar bar or hospitality role is an advantage

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques

Good customer service and communication skills

Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
