Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring smooth service
• Supervise, coordinate, and support bartenders, baristas, and bar service staff
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, recipes, and service standards
• Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, beverage requisitions, and storage conditions
• Assist with stocktaking, inventory control, and minimizing wastage
• Monitor beverage costs, portion control, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
• Assist in preparing staff schedules, shift assignments, and daily operational plans
• Train and guide bar staff on beverage preparation, service techniques, product knowledge, and SOPs
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally

About you

Previous experience in bar operations, preferably as a Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Assistant Bar Manager

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverage products

Good understanding of bar inventory management, beverage costing, and stock control

Leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and train a team

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service quality

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
