Job summary

Sana Group is seeking a Head Bartender/Bar Manager to lead bar operations in Bali, developing innovative cocktails and beverages while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bar/beverage with Head Bartender/Bar Manager experience preferred.
• Experience developing new cocktail and beverage menus.
• Creative and innovative with strong mixology and flavor pairing knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Passionate about the beverage industry and following F&B trend developments.
• Able to work with targets and maintain high quality standards.
