Osteria Luna is seeking a bartender/bar staff to prepare and serve beverages in a fast-paced Bali restaurant. You will follow recipes, assist with garnishes and syrups, and maintain bar cleanliness while delivering friendly service to guests.

Ideal candidates have prior bar experience, good communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Daily worker basis with adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Formación

• Previous bartender or bar staff experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on a daily worker basis and follow the assigned schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve beverages according to restaurant standards and recipes.

• Ensure all beverages and bar supplies are properly stored and handled.
• Monitor bar inventory and inform the supervisor of low stock or shortages.
• Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests when required.
• Support the bar team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other bar-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
