Responsibilities

• Comply with the company's daily management and business quality management regulations, participate in trainings, conferences and early morning and evening meetings, and fill in activity management tools.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branch offices under jurisdiction and implement publicity activities to promote sales and achieve targets.
• Provide bank staff with training in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance requirements.
• Distribute and collect documents and security services daily; assist relevant departments with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks identified and propose corrections or improvements promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/regional/global rules.
• Follow business operations processes established by the company or department.
• Act in compliance with national laws, corporate ethics and compliance department regulations.
• Adhere to integrity and honesty; avoid false financial notes or information.
• Maintain risk control and compliance vigilance.
