Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; finance/marketing/economy preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank staff at branch offices and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution, security services, and after-sales support including claims.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Comply with regulator rules and with company and regional/global regulations.
• Adhere to business processes and corporate ethics; avoid false financial information.
• Maintain strong risk control awareness and integrity.
