Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and business quality regulations and attend trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel to promote sales and meet targets.
• Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle distribution/collection of documents and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Follow regulator rules and company/global rules.
• Follow company processes and departmental policies.
• Act in compliance with laws, ethics, and compliance regulations.
• Maintain integrity and avoid false financial notes or information.
• Maintain vigilance on risk control and compliance.
