Job summary

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork and problem-solving under pressure. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (Finance/Marketing/Economics preferred) and prior experience in insurance, banking or sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher; finance/marketing/economics majors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings, conferences, and meetings; maintain activity tools.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel to promote sales and meet targets.
• Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Distribute/collect documents and manage security services; assist with claims and after-sales tasks.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely improvements.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow regulator rules; follow company and global guidelines and operational processes.
• Act in compliance with laws, ethics codes and compliance policies.
• Maintain integrity and honesty; avoid providing false information to the company.
• Maintain a strong risk and compliance mindset.
