Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing, or economy; relevant experience also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; maintain activity management tools.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches; implement publicity to promote sales and meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance to boost sales performance.
• Handle daily distribution and collection of documents; assist in claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose timely improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors; comply with regulator and company rules.
