Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred in finance, marketing, or economics, with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company management and quality regulations and participate in trainings, meetings, and activity tools.
• Coordinate with bank staff at branch offices and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution, secure services, and assist with claims and after-sales.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections promptly.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company/global policies.
• Follow business operations processes and comply with laws, ethics, and integrity.
