Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, marketing, or economy; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.
• Ability to observe, analyze and solve problems.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Hardworking and able to withstand high pressure.
• High ethical standards and integrity; avoid false information.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; maintain activity management tools.
• Cooperate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Train bank staff in insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and comply with regulator rules.
• Adhere to company and regional/global rules and processes; act per laws and corporate ethics.
• Maintain risk awareness and honesty in all dealings.
• Operate within the company’s compliance and business operations standards.
