Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality rules and participate in trainings and meetings
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches and promote sales targets
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance
• Manage documents and security services and assist claims and after-sales tasks
• Report violations or risks and suggest improvements
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors
• Follow regulator and company rules and regional/global policies
• Adhere to business operations processes and legal/regulatory requirements
