Responsibilities

• Comply with the company's daily management and quality regulations and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Cooperate with bank personnel at branch offices and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance requirements.
• Assist with document distribution/collection and after-sales services including claims.
• Report violations or potential risks and propose corrections promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor; comply with regulator rules and company processes.
• Adhere to laws, ethics codes, and risk controls; maintain integrity and honesty.
