Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; those with related experience are acceptable.

• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; update activity management tools.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches; promote sales and achieve targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance to improve performance.
• Distribute and collect documents; support claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections or improvements in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• Follow regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations.
• Adhere to company business processes and ethics codes.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance.
