Job summary

Facetology in Jakarta is seeking a Supply Chain Operations professional to streamline B2C order fulfillment and inventory across all sales channels. You will monitor stock levels, ensure timely processing of returns, and coordinate with warehouses to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field, has hands-on experience in B2C logistics, and is proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in B2C Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or E-commerce Operations; beauty/FMCG/retail experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines while meeting targets.
