Job summary

Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand, seeks an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the smooth functioning of its online retail platform. You will join a human-centric team focused on elevating quality of life through our products and digital sales.

You will screen counterfeit listings across marketplaces, report them, coordinate with AM/RM, and ensure takedowns. You will also manage store vouchers, affiliate promotions, pricing alignment, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty/retail.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee) and relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of customer experience optimization, SEO best practices, and managing shop ratings.

Responsibilities

• Screen product listings for counterfeit across all marketplace platforms.
• Report suspected counterfeit listings to marketplaces.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Account Managers / Relationship Managers regarding report progress.
• Ensure takedown of reported counterfeit listings.
• Prepare and maintain recap reports of counterfeit listings and takedown progress.
• Create and ensure accurate setup of store vouchers.
• Create and ensure accurate setup of affiliate promotions.
• Monitor and ensure product prices align with internal pricing policy.

As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist you will have the responsibility in overseeing the smooth functioning of Facetology online retail platform.

Role Overview

• Conduct screening and identification of product listings suspected to be counterfeit across all marketplace platforms.
• Report suspected counterfeit product listings to the respective marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Account Managers (AM) / Relationship Managers (RM) regarding the progress of counterfeit product reports.
• Ensure the successful takedown of reported counterfeit product listings.
• Prepare and maintain recap reports of counterfeit product listings and their takedown progress.
• Create and ensure the accurate setup of store vouchers.
• Create and ensure the accurate setup of affiliate promotions.
• Monitor and ensure product prices across all marketplace platforms are aligned with the company's internal pricing policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Min 1 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee), and relevant software tools (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment systems).
• Strong understanding of customer experience optimization, SEO best practices, and managing shop ratings.
• Analytical skills to track and interpret data, and use insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
