Facetology in South Jakarta seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize PPIC processes, monitor MRP/MPS, and coordinate with contract manufacturers to meet production schedules. The role emphasizes data accuracy, material readiness, and cross‑department collaboration.

You will leverage advanced Excel to build dashboards and perform data analysis, ensuring timely material availability and smooth production flow from the office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Material Management with PPIC experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis).
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule) to ensure raw material and component availability according to the production schedule.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with contract manufacturers regarding production status, material requirements, output schedules, and potential issues.

• Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate effectively with contract manufacturers and cross-department internal teams.


• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
