Job summary

Facetology is a local startup in Indonesia striving to advance the beauty and personal care industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing/Procurement specialist to manage PO processes, maintain PM and FG documents, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will work with ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Accurate), negotiate with suppliers, verify invoices, and monitor stock movements to support our growing product line. Join us to help elevate quality and reliability across our supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Purchasing/Procurement in beauty/FMCG/manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, dashboards.
• Knowledge of inventory control: stock movement, inbound/outbound, stock opname.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems (Odoo, SAP, Accurate).

Responsibilities

• Manage PO process from creation to issuing to vendors.
• Maintain PM and FG purchasing documents.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time, complete delivery; input shipment data.
• Verify supplier invoices against DO/PO.
• Handle rejected/returned PM and FG materials with documentation.

• Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, including creating, processing, and issuing POs to vendors.
• Maintain and organize all Packaging Material (PM) and Finished Goods (FG) purchasing documents.
• Monitor shipments and ensure PM and FG are delivered on time and in full.Input and update PM and FG shipment information in the system.
• Verify and validate supplier invoices against supporting documents, including Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders.
• Manage and monitor rejected and returned PM and FG materials, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, basic dashboard creation, and other advanced Excel formulas.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, including stock movement, inbound & outbound transactions, stock opname, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient in using ERP and Inventory Management Systems such as Odoo, SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and highly accurate when working with numerical data.
