The role emphasizes process discipline, accuracy in invoicing, and coordination across teams. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is valued as you optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Experience in B2C Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or E-commerce Operations; beauty/FMCG/retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of B2C orders across all sales channels.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient B2C inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Manage product return processes from customers and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Perform invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency between invoices and transaction records.
