TALENT VENTURE CO., LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B growth for EAP and corporate mental wellbeing services. You will develop corporate clients, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, presenting EAP solutions to decision-makers, and maintaining CRM activities while achieving regional revenue growth. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Public Health or related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, EAP, or corporate wellness is preferred.
• Fluent in English and the local language; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Develop relationships with HR, Benefits teams, and corporate decision-makers
• Present EAP solutions to potential clients
• Achieve sales targets and grow regional revenue
• Maintain sales pipeline and activities in CRM
