Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially oriented Business Development Executive to grow our Southeast Asia enterprise SaaS portfolio from Jakarta-based operations. You will own long, complex B2B sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to tailor AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field (pref. top universities).
2–5+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
Proven track record managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value USD deals.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts in Southeast Asia.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
Present AI-powered SaaS and enterprise solutions to senior stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and healthy sales pipeline.
Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
