PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Cut Mutia outlet to support daily operations and drive service standards. You will assist the Store Manager, lead the outlet team, ensure product quality, cleanliness and food safety, and help hit sales and KPI targets.

You will manage schedules, coaching, inventory, and customer issues while communicating with the Store Manager and Area Manager to maintain smooth operation and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education.
• Experience leading and managing teams in F&B operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, customer service, and KPI achievement.

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education

Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Floor Manager, or equivalent position in F&B industry

Experience leading and managing teams

Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, customer service, and KPI achievement

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Accustomed to working with targets in a dynamic work environment

Willing to work shift system, including weekends and public holidays
