Job summary

PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily outlet operations according to SOP. You will lead and coach the outlet team, ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and food safety standards, and help control sales, inventory, and costs.

You will arrange work schedules, handle customer complaints, monitor KPI performance, and coordinate with the Store Manager/Area Manager to drive outlet success. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Floor Manager, or equivalent position in F&B/Restaurant industry.
• Good leadership and team management capabilities.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, customer service, and outlet KPI.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Accustomed to working with targets in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to work shift system, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be placed at Oseng Endok Indonesia Pekayon outlet.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations according to SOP
• Lead, direct, and coach the outlet team
• Ensure product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety meet standards
• Control sales, inventory, food cost, and operational cost
• Arrange work schedules and task allocation for the team
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
• Monitor team performance and KPI achievement
• Create operational reports and coordinate with Store Manager/Area Manager
