Job summary

PT Eatwell Culinary Group in Surabaya is seeking a Store Manager & Asst. Store Manager to lead and evaluate restaurant teams, ensuring operations align with SOPs and standards.

You will open/close the restaurant and oversee daily service, sales tracking, cost controls, and guest experience. The role requires a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent, at least 2 years as a team leader/manager in F&B, strong leadership and analytical skills, and willingness to relocate across

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; highly motivated.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wa, & Dapur Solo).
• Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
