Job summary

PT CLOUD DREAM MARKETING is hiring an entry-level recruitment assistant to support the full lifecycle of recruiting in our Jakarta office. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to build a strong team.

You will post job ads on JobStreet, JobsDB, Glints, LinkedIn and other platforms, review CVs, arrange interviews, and maintain candidate databases. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Able to evaluate candidate information objectively based on job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and arrange interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
• Support other HR administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; recruitment experience is an advantage.
