PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia in Semarang is seeking an HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and compliance monitoring.
You will assist across multiple disciplines, ensuring confidentiality, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and helping to promote the company values while delivering accurate HR data and reports.

Key responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, document collection, and offer follow-up
Support talent assessment by collecting competency requirements, preparing assessment materials, assisting evaluations, and maintaining assessment records
Support end-to-end onboarding, including document verification, administrative processes, orientation, and monitoring new-hire adaptation
Promote company core values through recruitment, training, daily communication, and new-hire engagement
Support training needs analysis, training coordination, implementation, documentation, feedback collection, and competency gap reporting
Support recruitment and training procedures, document management, permit administration, and monitoring of basic labor regulation updates to ensure compliance
Support cross-functional HR activities, manpower planning, and coordination with recruitment agencies and training vendors
Handle assigned HR tasks, prepare timely reports and data, and support others
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 1 year relevant HR working experience; fresh graduates are acceptable
Prior internship or working experience in factory based HR is a plus
Understanding of recruitment and selection processes
Basic knowledge of training and development administration
Good communication and coordination skills
Good data management and Microsoft Office (Excel) skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred; basic Chinese capability is a plus
Proactive working attitude, high integrity, and able to maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
Cooperative and able to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to learn and develop knowledge of recruitment, training, competency, and performance management
