Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in BSD, Tangerang is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume retail roles. You will handle multiple vacancies, align with hiring managers, and drive timely hiring while building a robust candidate pipeline.

The role requires effective communication, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English or Mandarin is preferred, with office-based work in BSD, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or similar).
• 1–2 years recruitment experience; high-volume/mass hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• English or Mandarin speaking is preferred.
