Job summary

PT XMOTORS INTERNATIONAL GROUP is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes for our Jakarta operations.

You will source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, and handle mass hiring targets across multiple roles while maintaining data accuracy and reporting to HR leadership. Strong English and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience handling mass hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Able to work under hiring targets and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing recruitment data and processes.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers with selected candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or system.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly recruitment reports to the Recruitment Supervisor or HR Manager.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with SOPs and recruitment standards.
