Job summary

You will use modern recruitment methods across Jobstreet and other digital platforms, analyze recruitment metrics, and contribute ideas to improve processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 1+ years in recruitment or HR.
• 6 months in an outsourcing company preferred.
• Knows interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Familiar with online recruitment platforms and social media.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and administration tasks.
