Job summary

Harrisma Group is seeking an Account Manager for AIDC, Barcode solutions, RFID, and related devices in West Jakarta. You will drive new customer acquisition, manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to payment collection, and coordinate with partners and end users across vertical markets.

Requirements include at least 1 year in AIDC solutions, English proficiency, Mandarin priority, and willingness to travel. Vehicle ownership is a plus; office base near Meruya & Puri.

Qualifications

• Have own a vehicle (Motor / Car).
• Having experienced Minimum 1 Years in AIDC, Barcode Solutions, RFID, Wireless WiFi Industrial Solutions, Mobile Terminal, IoT Handheld Enterprise Devices.
• Familiar with AIDC solutions for various vertical markets is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing is a must (Active).
• Able to communicate in mandarin is our priority.
• Computer skills (Ms.Office, Ms.Outlook, Internet) are required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and sales goal orientation are essential.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area and able to travel outside Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities

• Find, create, searching and looking for new customers who want to buy AIDC, Barcode Solutions, RFID, Wireless WiFi Industrial Solutions, Mobile Terminal, IoT Handheld Enterprise Devices.
• Product through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting, negotiating, and selling.
• Create projects, in tandem with Partners or directly search End Users.
• Generate, develop, manage & approach Partners or End Users for various vertical markets (Retail, Logistic, Warehousing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Public Service).
• Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
• Forecast annual sales quotas and align with company policies and strategies.
• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities.
• Prepare reporting as needed and maintain good communication with stakeholders.
