Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales professional in Indonesia with Mandarin fluency to drive sales across assigned areas. You will build strong distributor relationships, monitor stock, and analyze market trends while traveling to outlets and distributors city by city.

The role requires at least a D3, one year of FMCG sales experience, and great communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, target-driven candidates who can travel regularly are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales professional in the FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of distribution systems and sales territory management.
• Willing to travel extensively according to the company's operational needs, including regular visits to outlets and distributors across various cities and assigned areas.
• Have driving license A/C.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and report sales performance regularly to Area Manager.
• Acting as a representative for the organization during external meetings and presentations.
• Assist in communication between Chinese Employees and local stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor.
• Monitor and control product stock in distributor.
• Monitor competitors activities and development to stay informed about industry trends and competitors development.
• Analyze market trends and territory/market's potential.
