Job summary

Harrisma in Medan area seeks an Account Manager / Sales IT Hardware for the Project & Distribution division. You will find and manage end users, generate new customers and sales opportunities, and execute sales activities across Medan & Sumatera.

Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential. Requirements include owning a vehicle and laptop, 5+ years IT product sales experience, an existing customer base, and ability to lead projects from tender to completion.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle (motor/car) and laptop required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT product & distribution.
• Existing database / client list coverage for End User / Project.
• Strong track record building projects from initiation to tender/PL.
• Proficient in English and Hokian (oral & written); Mandarin passive.

Responsibilities

• Find and manage customers; sell IT hardware and solutions for projects and distribution.
• Generate new customers and sales opportunities; execute sales activities.
• Meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations, and closing deals with new customers.
• Negotiate with customers/partners to achieve target gross profit; manage relationships.
