Qualifikationen
- 2+ years in B2B sales in tech/manufacturing/RFID preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent proactive and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with RFID is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Chinese an added advantage.
Aufgaben
- Identify and engage potential clients across sectors (logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare).
- Develop and execute sales strategies for RFID products and solutions to meet/exceed targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients with product support and new opportunities.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical/product teams to align with customer requirements.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on RFID industry trends and emerging technologies.
