Job summary

Echo Beach Suites in Bali seeks a senior HR & GA leader to design and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding while overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.

Lead the HR & GA team, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, maintain confidential records, and develop employee engagement and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in HR, General Affairs, or related managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and general administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement, training, and organizational development programs.

  • Develop and control HR & GA budgets and monitor operational expenses.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and company administrative records.
  • Lead and develop the HR & GA team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare regular HR & GA reports and provide recommendations to management.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indonesian labor regulations, and general administration.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
