Job summary

PT Biosystems Indonesia mencari HR & GA Manager untuk memimpin fungsi Human Resources dan General Affairs. Anda akan berperan sebagai HR Business Partner, membangun organisasi yang profesional, taat hukum, dan efisien serta bekerja sama dengan manajemen.

Tugas meliputi perencanaan tenaga kerja, rekrutmen, onboarding, hubungan karyawan, evaluasi kinerja, kompensasi, pengembangan karyawan, manajemen GA, serta pengelolaan aset dan fasilitas kantor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Law, Management or related field.
• 5+ years in HR with prior roles like HR Manager / HRGA Manager / HR Head.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and its practical implementation.
• Solid understanding of BPJS, payroll, PPh 21, WLKP and HR compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-management skills.
• Highly independent, proactive, detail-oriented and accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with management and employees.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions end-to-end including planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, development and termination.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPI systems, performance evaluation, disciplinary procedures, and development programs.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, warning letters, transfers, demotions and termination processes.
• Conduct manpower planning and workforce analysis for effective organizational structure.
• Act as HR Business Partner to Management and Department Heads.
• Supervise attendance, payroll, overtime, leaves, records, contracts and personnel administration.
• Establish a professional, structured, measurable and accountable HR system.
• Manage GA function and operational support including assets, facilities, vendors and licenses.

Job description

PT Biosystems Indonesia is looking for an HR & GA Manager to lead and manage the company's Human Resources and General Affairs functions. The role requires a hands‑on HR leader capable of taking ownership, making decisions, solving problems, managing people, ensuring compliance, and working closely with Management to build a professional and effective organization.

Key responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions end-to-end, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee development, and termination.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPI systems, performance evaluation, disciplinary procedures, and employee development programs.

Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and applicable regulations.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, warning letters, transfers, demotions, and termination processes.

Conduct manpower planning and workforce analysis to ensure an effective and efficient organizational structure.

Act as a strong HR Business Partner to Management and Department Heads in managing people-related matters.

Supervise attendance, payroll, overtime, leave, employee records, employment contracts, and personnel administration.

Establish a professional, structured, measurable, and accountable HR system.

Manage the overall General Affairs function and operational support of the company.

Manage company assets, vehicles, office facilities, building maintenance, cleanliness, security, and other operational requirements.

Manage GA vendors, suppliers, procurement, and operational service providers.

Ensure company-related licenses, permits, documentation, and compliance requirements under HR & GA responsibilities are properly maintained and monitored.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with previous experience as an HR Manager, HRGA Manager, HR Head, or equivalent managerial position preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and its practical implementation.

Strong understanding of BPJS, payroll, PPh 21, WLKP, and HR compliance.

Strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.

Highly independent, proactive, firm, detail‑oriented, and accountable.

Able to make decisions and resolve problems — not simply prepare reports or wait for instructions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both Management and employees.

Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
