Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for desktop software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
Support end user devices, conference room AV equipment, and video conferencing systems.
Conduct deskside services including setup, relocations, and equipment changes (IMACD).
Provide first-tier support for physical servers, server farms, and virtual machines.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hard phones, including fault resolution and voice support integration.
Manage user requests related to software and hardware deployment.
Keep an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Document all support activities within the ticketing system.
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience providing end-user IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge in configuring Windows operating systems, managing desktop environments, and supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
