Responsibilities
Server: Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines 1st tier support.
System: Handle fault reporting, remote hand to work with vendor support or system support.
Service Request: Handling user's service request eg. Apps implementation, testing.
Voice: Hard phone install, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if needed.
Network: 1st tier support and work with network support if needed.
Monthly Tasks: Monthly average two overnights for patches install, reboot production and UAT servers.
Supporting time: Client requested on-site at office hours and on-call support during non-office hours.
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years in contact center system development and/or support and maintenance services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers, server farms, and virtual machines at the first-tier support level.
Hands-on experience in Windows system administration and patch management.
Eager to learn new technologies, reliable, and flexible to work overtime when necessary.
Proficient in communication in Chinese and English.
