Michael Page is recruiting for a Territory Supervisor role within a leading global Med-Tech company in Hong Kong. You will drive sales for surgical devices and solutions, building strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals while expanding the customer base and identifying new opportunities.

You will work closely with operating theatre teams to provide product and case support and stay ahead of market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within medical devices.
• Experience working with surgeons, hospitals, or healthcare professionals is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales activities across surgical medical devices and solutions, achieving targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors and partners.
• Identify and develop new accounts and opportunities to expand market presence.
