Qualifications

• 5–10 years of medical device sales experience, cardiovascular or neurovascular therapies preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in hospital-based settings.
• Strong relationships with cardiologists, Lab teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic account management skills.
• Ability to provide clinical and technical support during interventional procedures.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue, market share, and business growth objectives for cardiovascular portfolio within Hong Kong.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize opportunities across public and private hospitals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Provide high-quality clinical and procedural support during procedures when required.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver product education and technical expertise.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, tender management, and commercial execution.
• Gradually assume people management responsibilities for a team and drive achievement of the team.
