Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead sales across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan for a global MedTech leader. You will drive regional growth, manage distributor partners, and train internal and external stakeholders to elevate market presence.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, strong presentation and language skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or life sciences sales.
• Experience in patient monitoring, critical care, respiratory care, anesthesia, intensive care, or operating room solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven distributor management, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and commercially driven.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Develop and execute sales strategies supporting product positioning, pricing, channel development, and promotions.
• Manage and support distributor partners to maximize market coverage.
• Deliver product, clinical, and competitive training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Provide technical and commercial support for key accounts, strategic projects, and customer engagement activities.
• Support exhibitions, educational programs, and scientific events to strengthen market presence and product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and regional teams to drive business success.
