Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, shaping strategies, managing distributors, and delivering clinical and commercial support. The role requires a degree in life sciences and 5+ years in medical device sales, with Cantonese, English and Mandarin fluency.

The successful candidate will train teams, lead market development, and collaborate with regional colleagues to expand market reach in a global MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or life sciences sales.
• Experience in patient monitoring, critical care, respiratory care, anesthesia, intensive care, or operating room solutions is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in distributor management, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and commercially driven.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets across assigned product portfolios in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Develop and execute sales strategies while supporting product positioning, pricing, channel development, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage and support distributor partners to maximize market coverage and business growth.
• Deliver product, clinical, and competitive training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Provide technical and commercial support for key accounts, strategic projects, and customer engagement activities.
• Support exhibitions, educational programs, and scientific events to strengthen market presence and product adoption.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, clinical, and regional teams to drive business success.
