Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Territory Supervisor to drive sales of surgical medical devices and solutions in Hong Kong. You will build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors and key partners to expand market presence.

The role requires 2–5 years of medical devices sales experience and a degree in a related field. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and meet revenue

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience with surgical products, implants, consumables, or capital equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with surgeons, hospitals, operating theatre teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across a portfolio of surgical medical devices and solutions, achieving targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors and partners.
• Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Provide product and case support to healthcare professionals, including operating theatre teams.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate product solutions across surgical equipment, consumables and implantable devices.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
