Stryker is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our medical device footprint in Hong Kong. You will execute territory sales plans, identify market opportunities, and build lasting partnerships with hospitals and distributors to expand market share.

You will analyze performance, monitor customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet territory objectives and drive business results.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing in medical device or healthcare.
• Experience with implantable devices and consumables sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Support local sales strategies by identifying market needs and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors and partners.
• Prospect and secure new customer accounts to expand the territory base.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity and forecasts to identify opportunities.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities and provide insights.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service and portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and achieve territory objectives.
