Zai Lab, Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive market adoption of medical device products in Hong Kong.

The role focuses on developing compliant sales strategies, training team members, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to grow market presence. The candidate should have a science-related degree and 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, with excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in a science-related discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet objectives and expand market share.
• Build and maintain ethical, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, device support, medical and supply chain to ensure compliant product positioning.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies to mitigate risks.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on market trends for senior management.
