Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional Banking, Corporate Banking or Public Sector Banking.
• Solid understanding of sovereign and public-sector banking requirements.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand strategic relationships with sovereign governments, central banks, government departments, statutory bodies and public-sector institutions.
• Drive business origination and identify new opportunities within the Sovereign and PSDO client segments.
• Establish relationships with senior government officials and key institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists, credit, risk and compliance to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Monitor market developments and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.
• Manage client portfolio performance, conduct credit risk analysis and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the team’s revenue targets and KPIs.
