Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a (Sr.) Relationship Manager, Global Banking for large corporate clients. You will manage a portfolio, drive deposit and cash management solutions, and build profitable client relationships.

You will meet revenue targets, identify cross-selling opportunities, conduct credit analysis, and ensure AML/KYC compliance. Fluency in English and Putonghua is required, with a university degree preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economics
• Minimum 5 years relevant banking experience, with knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
• Strong business development skills and knowledge of banking products, with analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with financial services/products offered to large local / multinational clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of credit and lending policies and standard
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate clients with deposit, loan, and cash management needs
• Execute strategies to meet revenue targets and maximise profitability
• Prospect and develop new business through cross-selling and up-tiering
• Conduct credit analysis and review credit proposals with objective arguments
• Perform post-credit monitoring and loan administration
• Maintain regular client visits and ensure AML/KYC compliance
• Identify and report suspicious activities to the appropriate units
