Responsibilities

• Acquire new liabilities accounts, capture CASA and penetrate fee income products with PRC/GBA focus.
• Monitor account performance to ensure facility utilization and control delinquencies.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries on banking operations.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer problems.
• Obtain up-to-date market information and help develop new products.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, policies and lending guidelines.
• Perform regulated activities under SFO Type 1 and 4, and HKMA/SFC conditions.
• Adhere to SFC and HKMA regulatory codes of conduct.
