Job summary

Expert Systems Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Account Manager to join a fast-growing IT solutions team. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, data/app, and Generative AI solutions, and collaborate with technical consultants to deliver best-fit IT solutions.

Responsibilities cover the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with opportunities for senior roles.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
1 year of working experience required.
Graduated candidates from recent years will be also considered.
Enthusiastic to IT-related career.
Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Candidates with more experience can apply for Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Promote a wide range of IT products, services & solutions to commercial and/or institutional customers in Hong Kong and/or Macau.
Establish & maintain excellent relationships with potential & existing customers.
Prospect within an assigned territory to uncover business needs and opportunities.
Team up with Technical Consultants to design and offer best-fit solutions to customers.
Manage and execute the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, closing, and forecasting.
